Media must RSVP by 11 p.m. to [email protected]. In order to get through airport security to attend the event, media must include in the RSVP full names of all attending as it appears on their valid, non-expired government-issued ID as well as date of birth. Names and date of birth must match exactly to the ID provided. Media should arrive by 9 a.m. to the departures level near Check-in Counter A. Airport staff will be present to assist.
For those who require parking, parking will be provided in the Terminal B Parking Garage. Any sedan or SUV-type vehicle can park inside the garage in designated event parking on Level 4. There is an enclosed connector from the garage to Terminal B. Due to garage height restrictions, all press trucks or vans will need to park outside of the garage.
