First-in-the-Nation Paid Prenatal Leave

Governor Hochul launched a campaign for the State's new paid prenatal leave policy starting January 1, 2025, which offers paid leave for pregnancy-related medical appointments.

La gobernadora Hochul ha firmado hoy la ley por la que se crea una nueva licencia condicional de cultivo de cannabis para adultos, con la que se establece una vía para que los actuales productores de cáñamo de Nueva York soliciten una licencia condicional para cultivar cannabis en la temporada de cultivo de 2022 para el futuro mercado de cannabis para adultos.

Governor Hochul, Port Authority Executive Director Rick Cotton, Delta Air Lines and Queens Museum Executive Director Sally Tallant today announced the selection of six world-renowned, New York-based artists to create permanent large-scale art installations at Delta's $4 billion new Terminal C at LaGuardia Airport.

Governor Hochul signed legislation creating a new Conditional Adult-use Cannabis Cultivator license, establishing a pathway for existing New York hemp farmers to apply for a conditional license to grow cannabis in the 2022 growing season for the forthcoming adult-use cannabis market.
