“My team has been in close contact with Mount Sinai and Blue Cross Blue Shield in recent weeks amid their ongoing contract negotiations. It is completely unacceptable that thousands of New Yorkers continue to experience disruptions to their care, and I urge both parties to stay at the table and work toward a speedy resolution.

“Ensuring patients can access the care they need is a top priority for my administration. As Republicans in Washington callously rip health care away from working families, we need providers and insurers to do what's right for New Yorkers.”
