Governor Hochul Directs Flags on All State Buildings Lowered to Half-Staff Tomorrow for Fallen Police Officer

"I am devastated by the news of the passing of Town of East Fishkill Police Officer Daniel P. DiDato, a 22-year law enforcement veteran who died in the line of duty on December 18 after a motor vehicle accident. Officers across New York serve and protect their neighbors and communities, and we feel this loss deeply. I extend prayers and condolences from all New Yorkers to the loved ones of Officer DiDato.
