Governor Cuomo Releases 7-Day Rolling Average of COVID-19 Positivity by State
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today released the 7-day rolling average of COVID-19 positivity by state according to Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center, indicating New York State has one of the lowest positivity rates in the nation.
