Governor Hochul: “So it was a long fight. We prevailed, and I could not be prouder to have this day arrive five years after a time when we didn't know if the Bills would actually still be here at this moment. So this is a magical day for me. I am just breathing a sigh of relief that it all worked out.”
Hochul: “And the Bills, part of the deal I structured, will be here for 30 years. This is an ironclad commitment. They're not going anywhere for at least another generation. I'm sure they'll be here for eternity.”
