Governor Kathy Hochul: The objective is keeping people safe. Preferably in their homes. But you really need to make sure that your vehicle is prepared for the worst case scenario. Make sure that you have extra batteries and flashlights and blankets, water in your vehicle, because the best thing to do is to prepare for the worst case scenario.
