Effective October 25, 2021, a State Disaster Emergency has been declared within the territorial boundaries of the counties of Bronx, Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Greene, Kings, Montgomery, Nassau, New York, Orange, Otsego, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Schenectady, Schoharie, Suffolk, Sullivan, Tioga, Ulster, Westchester, and contiguous counties.
Following a review, Governor Kathy Hochul repealed, cancelled and revoked in their entirety Executive Orders by previous Governors with the exception of the Executive Orders set forth below and any amendments thereto, which shall remain in full force and effect until otherwise revoked, superseded or modified.
Extension of the state disaster emergency as set forth in Executive Order 5, as continued by Executive Order 5.19, and do hereby continue the terms, conditions, and suspensions contained in Executive Order 5 and its successors, until May 30, 2023.
