It was my honor and privilege to deliver my first State of the State Address to the Legislature of the State of New York and to the people of New York. We are now at a crossroads and the future of our State is in all of our hands. Yes, we face serious issues but if we work together we can truly turn this crisis into an opportunity - an opportunity that will lead to more jobs, a more open and responsive government and a State we can all take pride in.
