The New York State Judicial Screening Committees are currently seeking applications for the following positions:
Additional Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department
Applicants must be elected New York State Supreme Court Justices and reside in New York State.
Additional Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department
Applicants must be elected New York State Supreme Court Justices and reside in New York State.
Additional Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department
Applicants must be elected New York State Supreme Court Justices and reside in New York State.
Additional Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department
Applicants must be elected New York State Supreme Court Justices and reside in New York State.
Presiding Judge of the New York State Court of Claims
Applications are being accepted due the expiration of the term of the present Presiding Judge. Applicants must be members of the Court.
All applications must be received by the close of business on March 29, 2013. Late applications will not be considered for these vacancies.
