IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All media attending must have credentials, which may be obtained in the Concourse in Meeting Room 1.
- TV Cameras MUST be set up in the designated press area in the convention center by 10:00 a.m.
- Due to space concerns, stations are permitted to bring ONE camera into the convention center
- Wireless Internet will be available in the convention center. The username and password for WiFi access will accompany credentials
- TV Stations wishing to park satellite trucks on the Empire State Plaza must call OGS at 518-474- 5987 or email Heather.Groll@ogs.state.ny.us before 2:00 PM TODAY, January 4, 2011. Required information: Station/affiliation, license plate number of truck, truck operator’s and reporter’s names, driver’s license numbers, cell-phones, e-mail addresses, estimated arrival and departure times.
- The event will be fed live via satellite feed and carried over the Internet at http://www.governor.ny.gov/
