Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced the appointment of Gary Ginsberg to the New Stadium Working Group. The group was formed to explore options for development and construction of a new Buffalo Bills stadium that will continue to serve as the catalyst of economic growth in Western New York.
“Today’s appointment continues the state’s commitment in ensuring that the future home of the Buffalo Bills represents the needs of the community,” Governor Cuomo said. “I welcome Gary as the newest member of the New Stadium Working Group.”
Gary Ginsberg currently serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Time Warner. Prior to joining Time Warner, Mr. Ginsberg was Executive Vice President of Global Marketing where he worked on strategic communications, corporate affairs and philanthropic efforts for Time Warner. Mr. Ginsberg was also Managing Editor at Clark & Weinstock, a strategic consulting firm, Senior Editor at George magazine and former Assistant Counsel to President Clinton. Mr. Ginsberg is a native of the Buffalo area, growing up in Amherst. He is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law and Brown University.
Gary Ginsberg joins five initial members appointed in February 2014 and includes Lt. Governor Robert Duffy, Mayor Byron Brown, Mayor Paul Dyster, Dottie Gallagher Cohen and Kenneth Adams.
